Christmas cards sent directly to each recipient
You don't receive a box of cards to address. Each card is printed with your photo and message and goes straight from the printer to the person on your list, with USPS First-Class postage.
Direct mail vs. shipping the cards to you
Most photo-card sites print your cards and ship them to you, and then the addressing and stamping is your job. Some, like Shutterfly's "Mail for Me", can mail them for you for an extra fee per envelope. Card Mailer only does direct mailing: you send the list, and the price per card already includes the postage and the mailing.
- One list, many cards: paste it, or attach a spreadsheet or contacts export.
- Checked before printing: every address goes through USPS data, so typos and missing apartment numbers are caught first.
- Choose the day: order now and pick the send date, for example December 1.
How to use it

Price
$2.49 per card, postage included. That covers a 5×7 photo card printed on thick glossy card stock and mailed USPS First-Class. There's no subscription and no minimum order, and you pay only for addresses that can be mailed. If a card can't be delivered to an address, that card is refunded automatically.
Questions
When do I need to order for the cards to arrive before Christmas?
USPS asks for First-Class holiday mail to be sent by December 17. Printing takes about two business days, so order by about December 12 and choose the earliest send date. If you give a date the cards must arrive by, we work out the latest safe send date for you.
Do the cards come in envelopes?
Not yet. The first version is a 5×7 photo postcard: your photo and greeting on the front, your message and the recipient's address on the back. Folded cards in envelopes are next.
What format should my address list be in?
Any of these work: a spreadsheet (.xlsx), a CSV export from Google Contacts, Outlook or Apple Contacts, or addresses pasted one per line ("Jane Doe, 12 Oak St, Springfield, IL 62704"). The columns can be in any order.
Can I send outside the US?
Not yet. Card Mailer mails only to US addresses, including APO/FPO.
What happens to my addresses?
They are used only to print and mail your cards. They are deleted 30 days after the send date, and lists that are never ordered are deleted after 14 days. They are never sold or used for anything else. See the privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time before the send date, for a full refund. Email cards@onmax.me with your order link.
