When businesses send them

What to write

Keep it short and specific, and don't ask for anything back. “Thank you for choosing us for your kitchen this spring” lands better than “Thank you for your business.” There are 25 ready-to-use examples on thank-you notes for clients.

How it works

  1. 1Your cardUpload a photo or logo, pick a style, write the greeting and the message on the back.
  2. 2Your listAttach a spreadsheet or CRM export, or paste the addresses. Each one is checked against USPS data.
  3. 3Mailed for youPick the send date and pay. Every card is printed and mailed USPS First-Class, $2.49 each with postage.

Thank-you cards, not advertising

Card Mailer is for people you already do business with. Cards that are coupons or ads to purchased lists aren't allowed, which keeps the cards personal and keeps us within the rules of the ChatGPT and Claude app directories.

Questions

How much does it cost?

$2.49 per card, including the printing and USPS First-Class postage. There is no minimum order and no subscription.

Are the cards in envelopes?

No. They are 5×7 photo postcards: your photo and greeting on the front, your message and the recipient’s address on the back. Folded cards in envelopes are coming later.

How many recipients can I add?

Up to 300 per order. For a larger list, place two orders.

Can I schedule the cards for a specific date?

Yes. Choose the send date when you order, up to 180 days ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund until that date.
