What you're buying

Each order is for printed 5×7 cards mailed by USPS First-Class to the US addresses you provide, at the price shown at checkout. Delivery times are USPS estimates and are not guaranteed.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photo and text on your card, and that the recipients are people you know or do business with. You may not use Card Mailer for advertising to people who haven't asked to hear from you, or for anything unlawful, threatening, hateful or sexually explicit. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules and refund it.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel any time before the send date for a full refund: email cards@onmax.me.
• Cards that can't be mailed (for example an address USPS won't deliver to) are refunded automatically.
• If a card arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund it.
• We can't refund cards that were mailed to an address you gave us that turned out to be out of date.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
