Holiday cards mailed for you

Most card sites print the cards and ship you a box, and then you spend an evening addressing envelopes. With Card Mailer, each card is mailed directly to the person on your list.

Happy Holidays
What a year! Lucy started kindergarten, Sam learned to ride a bike, and we finally finished the kitchen. We miss you and hope to see you in the spring.

Wishing you a warm and peaceful holiday season.
Love,
Ana, Tom, Lucy & Sam

How to use it

1. Open Card Mailer in ChatGPT or ClaudeAsk for a card and attach your photo and address list. A spreadsheet, CSV, contacts export or pasted text all work.
2. Check the card and the listYou see the front and back of the card. Addresses are checked against USPS data, and any that won't deliver are flagged so you can fix them in place.
3. Pay and pick a datePay on our checkout page. The cards print and go out by USPS First-Class on the date you choose, and you can follow each one until it's delivered.

Try asking:

Make a holiday card from this family photo with the message we wrote and mail it to the 42 addresses in this spreadsheet before Dec 15.
Send a thank-you card to each of my clients in this CSV. Use our team photo and sign it from the whole office.

Deadlines for 2026

USPS recommends sending First-Class holiday mail by December 17. Card Mailer prints within about two business days, and First-Class delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days. To be safe for Christmas, order by December 10–12. You can also order now and choose a later send date, for example December 1, and we hold the cards until then.

Questions

When do I need to order for the cards to arrive before Christmas?

USPS asks for First-Class holiday mail to be sent by December 17. Printing takes about two business days, so order by about December 12 and choose the earliest send date. If you give a date the cards must arrive by, we work out the latest safe send date for you.

Do the cards come in envelopes?

Not yet. The first version is a 5×7 photo postcard: your photo and greeting on the front, your message and the recipient's address on the back. Folded cards in envelopes are next.

What format should my address list be in?

Any of these work: a spreadsheet (.xlsx), a CSV export from Google Contacts, Outlook or Apple Contacts, or addresses pasted one per line ("Jane Doe, 12 Oak St, Springfield, IL 62704"). The columns can be in any order.

Can I send outside the US?

Not yet. Card Mailer mails only to US addresses, including APO/FPO.

What happens to my addresses?

They are used only to print and mail your cards. They are deleted 30 days after the send date, and lists that are never ordered are deleted after 14 days. They are never sold or used for anything else. See the privacy policy.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time before the send date, for a full refund. Email cards@onmax.me with your order link.
